Alexis Orphan Care

We are the adopted children of God who have been given new hearts to love what our Lord loves and to hate what our Lord hates. Thus, as our Father loves the orphan, so do we. As our Father cares for the needy, we do as well. As our Father loves to defend the weak, so also do we. And as our Father despises oppression and injustice, we despise it with him. As he grieves over disease and poverty, we too are filled with sorrow. Our commitment to care for the orphan is a tangible manifestation of God’s love that has poured into our hearts. The goal of this ministry is to live out of this love and care for the orphan.

Why Alexis Ministries Exists:

- Educate families on the plight of the orphan and the Christian’s call to care for the orphan as mandated in the Word of God. (James 1:27)

- Encourage families as they journey through the adoption process.

- Equip families as they consider adoption by providing resources for the adoption process and beyond.

- Engage families in becoming involved in orphan care through advocacy and mission opportunities.

Who We Seek To Serve
We seek to equip and lead members of Immanuel to serve orphans at home and around the world.
