In cooperation with other churches in the Louisville Metro area, Immanuel supports the work of Jefferson Street Baptist Center, whose vision is to "extend gospel centered mercy to the homeless and hurting of the greater Louisville area". Jeff Street is a theologically driven ministry that is faithful to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Immanuel members serve on staff at Jeff Street as well as the Board of Directors. Immanuel also supports the work at Jeff Street through financial contribution.

There are many opportunities to serve at Jeff Street. Mentoring individuals in an effort to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ is just such an opportunity.
