Jesus is King!

At Immanuel, we recognize the Lordship of Jesus Christ over every sphere of life. When we gather together, we are intent upon simply obeying everything that Jesus commanded. We believe His words are true words and His commands are not a burden but are rather the deepest and most significant source of joy a Believer can ever have! We obey King Jesus through our practice of immersing those who repent and believe in water as a sign of their union with the crucified, buried, and risen Jesus. We obey King Jesus through the regular observance of the Lord's Supper as a sign of our union with the Savior Christ who broke His body and shed His blood on the cross. We obey King Jesus as we live together in brotherly love through teaching, singing, praying, fellowship, and mercy. Jesus is King! We are his joyful servants and at Immanuel, we delight to obey our King.
